Out-of-Scope Work
Additional work identified during the engagement will be discussed with the Client before commencement. Where practicable, AMC Business Advisory will provide an estimate of the additional fees and obtain the Client's approval before proceeding.
Travel & Disbursements
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Local travel within Singapore during normal business hours is included.
- Government filing fees and third-party disbursements will be charged at cost.
- Work performed outside normal business hours, weekends or public holidays may be subject to premium rates by prior agreement.
